Shipping Discounts:
Orders of $200.00 and over will receive a credit of up to $20.00 toward total shipping costs.
Orders of $300.00 and over will receive a credit of up to $30.00 toward total shipping costs.
Orders of $400.00 and over will receive a credit of up to $40.00 toward total shipping costs.
Orders of $500.00 and over will receive a credit of up to $50.00 toward total shipping costs.
Order totals are calculated before taxes, and after any discounts/coupons are applied. For most standard size/weight orders, these credit amounts will eliminate most if not all of the shipping costs.


Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel and include a tracking number and $100 of insurance (extra insurance is available if you contact us).
Canada Post Xpresspost and Priority Courier are also available at checkout.
Orders ship Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or holidays. Orders placed and paid in full after 1:00pm MST will not leave our warehouse until the next business day. We ship all orders in the order they are received, within 24 hours, unless we have a major sale which may delay shipping.
Once your package is in the care of Canada Post, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are able to track each package from our side as well, but please understand we can only see the information associated with each tracking number, just like you. We do not have access to any additional information. If your package is marked as delivered by Canada Post and you do not have your package, we can submit a claim on your behalf. However, we will not be held responsible for items lost by Canada Post or any other carrier used. If your tracking number states it has been delivered, this is what we go by.
In the event an error is made on your order, or an item(s) arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. If return items are not received within 14 days from initial contact no refund will be issued. Refunds will not be given until items are received and verified as damaged or defective.
If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense. To have your order shipped a second time, YOU will be responsible for return shipping as well as the second shipping charge. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped - refunds will not be processed until the items are returned to us. Buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS.
Email is our preferred method of contact so both parties have information clearly stated in print if required. Please provide an explanation as well as pictures or videos. We will contact you as soon as possible.



Return Policy:
Any products marked as "Final Sale" do not qualify for refunds, credits or returns.
Unused and unopened items purchased may be returned for store credit or refund, given that your returned item meets the criteria listed below:
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice received in person or in your shipment.
Merchandise must be in its original condition and include original packaging and must be UNOPENED. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving of your shipment or within 14 days of the date listed on your sales receipt. If you are unable to return the product to us within that time frame, then you must notify us of your return prior to the 14th day.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs if it was the customer’s error. If the item being returned is damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was sent it will come on your next order.  We will not be shipping out unless the customer pays for the shipping.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED. Any unauthorized returns are not the responsibility of Nove Wholesale and will not be accepted.
We will not exchange or provide an in-store credit for items returned more than 14 days after the date indicated on the invoice. We will not accept the return of opened items unless items are defective or damaged upon receipt.
