UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.
UPS shipping may not be accurate for heavier orders or delivery to smaller cities and towns. Even though we have a 45% discount off retail rates, multiple box orders and heavy weight packages are substantially more expensive through UPS than Canada Post. The Shopify website system is unable to accurately calculate these differences. We will contact you if a shipping charge needs to be adjusted prior to your order being sent. We have no choice but to use UPS while the Canada Post strike is still in place, as the cost of Purolator is even greater. Once the strike is over we will resume our regular shipping rates and procedures with Canada Post.
